In The Mood For: Oatmeal & Chia Yogurt Bowl

This is my Go-To breakfast! It’s super filling and healthy, but most importantly it’s customizable! You can add whatever flavored yogurt and fruit you’re in the mood for that morning. I usually stick with any of Activia’s flavored yogurts, and pair it with seasonal fruit.


Diet

 

Oatmeal & Chia Yogurt Bowl

1 Activia mixed berry yogurt

4 strawberries

3 tablespoons of oats

1 teaspoon of chia seeds
